NRIWallah (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website

. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
You can use every guide and calculator on NRIWallah without creating an account, and the calculators do not ask for your name or contact details.
We only hold personal information that you choose to send through one of our forms:
- Enquiry forms (for example “Want this checked properly?”): your name, email address, country and city, the details you give about your situation, and your message. We use them to reply to you. If you tick the consent box on the form, we also share them with a vetted specialist, usually a chartered accountant, so they can contact you about your request. NRIWallah may receive a referral fee from that specialist.
- “Spot an error?” correction reports: your description of the problem, and your email address only if you choose to give it, so we can follow up.
Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, and may also be stored in our Microsoft Azure account.
When you click a partner link, we record which link was clicked and on which page, but not who clicked it.
We use the following third-party services that may place cookies on your device:
- Google Analytics 4 — to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, country). Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish users. Data is aggregated and anonymised.
- Google AdSense — to display relevant advertisements. AdSense may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at

Cookies
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. We use cookies only for analytics and advertising as described above. We do not use cookies for tracking you across unrelated websites.
If you visit from the UK, EEA or Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are denied by default. We use Google Consent Mode v2 to enforce this before any Google script runs, so no _ga or ad-serving cookie is written unless you actively consent. Consent is collected through a Google-certified consent management platform, which appears once advertising is live on the site.
Outside those regions, analytics cookies are set by default. You can block or delete them at any time through your browser settings.
